On being a professional realtor

Change can be stressful. I understand well the pressures involved in buying or selling real estate whether it is your home of 30 years or a recent investment property.

Working with a network of professionals –lawyers, mortgage brokers, accountants, designer/stagers, contents appraisers, moving coordinators, and skilled tradesmen in every discipline – my goal is to coordinate and provide personalized transition strategies before, during and after your property is bought or sold, to smooth the way through each of your real estate transaction.

I delight in discovering the unique character and variety of Toronto’s diverse neighbourhoods: desirable schools, hidden parks, an outstanding new bakery, or simply the best place to buy flowers for a friend’s dinner party. So finding the perfect home in the neighbourhood that just feels right for your lifestyle and needs is a natural extension and fills me with determination and enthusiasm. An understanding of how to create that 'right feel' is as important when you sell as when you buy.

I see myself as a dedicated professional doing what I love to do: finding unique real estate solutions to allow my clients to maximize the value of their real estate portfolio by providing outstanding personalized service.
