Yonge and St. Clair began as a small suburb in Toronto for a water power grist mill. we have seen the neighbourhood transform into a very special community over the past 200 years. Once a 40 acre plot for Derr Milling was sold we saw the growth of a distinguished neighbourhood of Deer Park running north of Yonge Street. In the 50’s when Toronto completed the subway line Yonge and St. Clair completed it’s transformation into one of Toronto’s most popular suburbs being so close to the downtown area. At this time Deer Park and Yonge and St. Clair were considered very affordable for Yonge families looking to live in the city.

The tradition home in Deer Park tends to be 3 and 4 bedrooms and the square footage runs from 1800 to close to 3000.
