LISTED is the app that I use on my phone. It provides an easy, quick, on-the-go reference for current Toronto MLS listings as well as historical sale prices. It offers you the ability to set up searches with real-time notification of new activity in your search areas. It’s a great way to keep an active eye on the real estate market, with no ads or marketing follow-up.
